2 controllers of same type with bluetooth - issues expected?

Dear all,
currently I have connected 1 8bitdo NES30 Pro controller via bluetooth to my retropie installation. Currently I am thinking about buying a second NES30 Pro Controller. Will 2 controller of the same type work well with retropie and bluetooth? Will they be handled automatically by retropie?
I am asking this question cause I have checked \configs\all\retroarch-joypads\ and found there a cfg named like the bluetooth controller.
