Please - how do I pair a Logitech K380 bluetooth keyboard?

I've tried going:
sudo /home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/retropie_setup.sh
I enter 'Configuration/Tools'
I enter Bluetooth config.
I press the BT 1 pairing button on the KB for three seconds to put it into pairing mode.
I go 'Register and Connect to Bluetooth Device.
'Searching...'
I choose Keyboard K380.
I try #5 KeyboardOnly, and when that fails I try the other options even though they would not seem applicable.
Nada :-( -
Never mind, worked the second time with no input no output security. Weird.
