So, I have put rooms in numerous systems. All work fine, I select the game system, navigate to the game and click it. The emulator fires up and off I go.

However on NES and MAME, I open the system and pick the game to play. After the game is selected another menu opens upwith the game listed.

Did I do something wrong placing the roms??

It just occurred to me as I am sending this that the only difference is can think of is the made rooms are in the libertomame / mame 2003 folder ... (I think, I am not in front of the machine)... and all the nest rooms are in independent directories (roms/nes/supermario/supermario.smc) I think I got the extension correct...

Also, for what it's worth, the NES game art and description from the scrape does not show up until the last screen...

      Any thoughts from anyone??

      I appreciate any help,

      Twidget

Just don't put your roms in separate subfolders.

        "/roms/nes/mario.nes"
        not
        "/roms/nes/mario/mario.nes"

        Problem solved.

@DeFect83 they might be the roms that have every version of one game all in one zip file. That is why this usually happens.
