I notice that my windows roms works on the retropie and I have been wanting to make my touchscreen able to use a android version emulator. What kind of emulator would be necessary to use to make the emulator work on the raspberry pi? In other words, what are the requirements to have an emulator that is compatible with the pi?

Do you want to use an emulator that emulates Android on the Pi or an emulator that was written for Android on your Pi?

And do you think that that would enable a touch screen that you've attached to your Pi?

If so: all are pretty much impossible I'm afraid.

Not related to RetroPie BUT Google has added a raspberry pi support for Android. so that'd be your best bet. Obviously you'll end up using android emulators for gaming (lucky you there's retroarch for android) so it's not so bad
