      hi guys,
in my spare time i started a new project and i'd like show it to the community.

      https://github.com/valerino/es-vscraper

reason for this scraper is that i've never been able to extract correct data for all my games with the available scrapers, including sshelp one. they're all hash based, and if you don't have the exact hash they do not work or produce wrong results.

my idea is, if you have already your correct named game files, it's easier to perform name-matching.
also, this scraper is meant to be used oneshot for a single game at a time, not scraping whole directories at whole (this may cause issues with sites bandwith, even if i may add this option in the future).

currently supported are lemon64 and lemonamiga sites (c64 and amiga), since i'm mainly focused on such emulation. but i will add others promptly, its extensible with python modules for each system and i just released this on github.

i tested it on osx and linux, but it should work without any problems directly from the raspi (can't test it now since i'm on vacation and the raspi is at home)

      news:
implemented www.gamesdatabase.org (almost all systems covered!)

feel free to contribute, of course
      cheers,
      valerio
