What is the easiest to swap the confirm and back buttons (X and O in the ps3 controller)?

I have my PS3 controller set as the default diagram suggest, but X become back and O is confirm, the opposite of how works on consoles. Can I kip this setting and adjust the Retropie overlay to invert the back and confirm buttons? Thks!

@Spectreman open up the file /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/es_input.cfg and find your controller and swap them in there.
