List of Keyboard hotkey

Hi!
Is there a list of all keyboard hotkey (and the .cfg file where we can disable/change them) ?
I know throught kid friendly emulation station most of them are disable, but for a joystick/gamepad and i use the adafruit retrogame on my bartop :/ so keyboard emulated joystick...As for know, i find most of them in retroarch.cfg and except the "exit_emulator" hotkey, all other are disable, but some key combination still "pause/play" the game (in lr_FBANext emulator for exemple) where i can find this keyboard hotkey?
My install :
RPI3
2 player control (6 button) + 2 start + 2 coin button trought GPIO via adafruit retrogame
64gb micro SD
Retropie 4.1 or 4.0.1 (i don't remember...)

@Thak your post/question is confusing. Usually when we say "hotkeys" we refer to the emulators key/button combinations that trigger some action. AFAIK we don't use hotkeys on emulationstation.
For retroarch the file is
/opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg, but I'm not sure if it's what you want... -

Yes that's what i mean => Hotkey used in emulator (emulationstation is OK and as you say, don't have/use hotkey)
I read the wiki about the file retroarch.cfg (and already edited this one) but in lr-FBANext, i still have a hotkey active (the one that make the game on "pause") and i wonder if some emulator core configuration file have also some hotkey.
If yes, where are they?
