Reicast fullscreen help

Hello guys, i recently bought my raspberry pi 3 and set it up with RetroPie 4.1.9 and I was able to get the fullscreen for the snes/psx games but it didn't work with Reicast, is there an additional setting I should change? I can't find it anywhere and I've googling since yesterday.
For the psx/snes games I changed the aspect ratio to 16:9 in the configuration editor and then configure basic libretro emulator options -
I seem to remember having this problem... and I solved it by going into runcommand menu when Dreamcast is launching, and selecting the very first video option. Even though it sounds counter intuitive, since I think it's 4:3 and a tiny reso, it made it fullscreen so I just left it at that and never looked back.
