Transferring PS1 ROMs over network. Keep getting an unexpected network error has occurred message. Any help would be appreciated!

@columboscoat no its not a joke. Sorry if I'm wording something wrong or something but whenever I try to transfer ps1 ROMs from my PC to my Pi using WiFi I get a message telling me that an unexpected network error has occurred. I didn't know if anyone else was having this issue or knew how to fix this.
