Issues with using Win32

Hello, I am trying to burn an iso image using win32, I have tried 2 different Sandisk 128gb cards with the same bad result. The image is 101gb and after using win32 I only have 32gb on the sd card. Which doesn't work to run retropie. I am new to this and can not get this to work. Please any help would be appreciated. Both cards were purchased through Amazon, and not a secondary vendor.

@qbert bad sdcard or bad image. that doesn't sound like an official image, so I would seek help from the source.
