Better box shots for Atari Lynx

I was troubled by how ugly the existing cover shots for Lynx games all were (washed-out colours, horrible raggedy white borders etc), so I've put together a complete set of nicer ones. Some are just the old ones cleaned up, some are new ones I managed to dig out from that there internet, and some I made myself from scratch (eg Lode Runner and Alien Vs Predator).
