      Hi everyone,

i have a problem i can't solve myself. Google didn't give me results, the forum search didn't help and i'm
sure this is a rarely requested/discussed problem.

Other neo geo emulators like FinalBurn Alpha do show the expected green screen.

For my project i want to use a neo geo emulator. But the emulator i use supresses the green self-test
screen of the neo geo. In my opinion (for me) this is important for the right impression.

      I mean this screen.

My hope is that it can be "re"activated by an (for me) unknown option in the settings.

Another emulator isn't an option for me as pifba works perfect for me except the missing green screen.

      Thanks a lot in advance.

      Paul

@tuxlin Unless you are using a Pi zero, why are you using pifba these days?

I am using pifba because Final burn alpha and libretto versions cause rendering problems with my setup.

The Pi is connected via a hdmi to vga adapter and then via a self soldered vga to scart cable to a sony pvm.

Pifba is the only emulator that gives me pixel perfect lowres emulation for crt. With others i had wavy scrolling effects etc.

the emulator i use supresses the green self-test screen of the neo geo.

What's the name of the emulator your referencing that suppresses the test screen?
