I'm planning to somehow make my raspberry pi 3B portable. How, I'm not sure. This is where you come in.
Let me put my resources on the table.

Raspberry pi 3B, booted with retropie on top of raspbian on a 32GB SD card. Not sure how this helps, but okay.

The rest of the loot in this starter kit:

      Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2

      Logitech Wireless Touch Keyboard K400

Jackery Bolt (portable battery, not sure if good idea for pi)

That's all, unless there's some weird odd or end I might need.
I'm planning as using this for a sort of on the go gameboy/laptop hybrid, but I'm fine with using only one or the other.
My budget is very tight, around $50-$70, so I'm a bit worried, especially about the possible screen. I'm not concerned about a touchscreen or anything, but I do need a display.
I also have little experience with this sort of project, but I do know where I can get some help.
Any suggestions? Is this even possible on this sort of budget?
