Ok, I am new at this. Set up is complete, games added to Retropie, no problem. Now I want to add more games. I understand the process, but have a question before I proceed. All the emulator folders are on the flash drive. The roms are in the folders. If I add new games to each folder and then plug the flash drive in to the pi3... will it double up the games already added or skip tem?

Don't bother with all that. Pi3 has wireless. Configure it and browse to your Pi3 using windows. It conveniently presents all the useful folders to you. You can now drag and drop.

You don't even have to configure it to acces it trough windows. The Pi automatically created the network folders. In Windows just enter \\retropie\ in the directory bar and hit enter. You'll see a couple folders, open the ROMS folder and upload the roms into the correct console folder.
