      Hello everyone,

      • Raspberry Pi 3
      • CanaKit 2.5A USB Power Supply
      • RetroPie Version 4.1
      • Build: Flash retropie-4.1-rpi2_rpi3.img_2 using Win32DiskImager
      • USB Connected: Keyboard and Liquid Metal Xbox One Wired Controller
      • Guide: [Universal Controller Calibration & Mapping Using xboxdrv]

      • I purchase a Liquid Metal Xbox One Wired Controller and retropie did not detect it
      • I try the following guide [Universal Controller Calibration & Mapping Using xboxdrv] to try to mimic an Xbox controller but I am stuck.
      • I was able to find the event name for the controller then run the command [evtest /dev/input/event1].
      • I wait for it to load and click a button but nothing appear. Try all the key but not luck.

Does anyone have a idea what I can do next

Have you tried the xpad driver?

@mediamogul xpad drive are install since I tested with a real Xbox One controller. My problem is that I am not able to view the button even for the liquid metal Xbox one wired controller

That would seem to indicate that it's not registering a joystick event at all, or at least not correctly. If that's the case, I don't think there's much that can be done. It's unfortunate, but third party console controllers are always in danger of limited compatibility outside of their own ecosystem.
