      I don't have a 3D printer aswell :D But there are existing many 3D print studios, which do such jobs for a couple of bucks.
      Also the cheapiest quality, like in my case, impressed me very much! With 3D printed parts those kind of projects get a extremly professional touch, i think.

        You can just ignore the LAN port and audio jack out, using only wlan and audio via hdmi. then u don't need the parallel
        port in the case or you have to cut this slot out by hand with a dremel or so.

                  I saw somebody else use very similar 3D printed parts for his PSX Pi conversion on YouTube as well. Gives it a clean finish, but I agree with @edmaul69 that I wanted to keep the original pads so added usb into where the memory card slot was on my build.

                  Retropie in a NES - Pi 3 with Mausberry circuit shutdown switch wired to buttons and 8bitdo NesPro30 controller
                  Retropie in a Saturn Controller - Pi Zero, GPIO controls using DB9 driver
                  Retropie in a PSX - Pi3
