      Hello all,

I installed Retropie on a Ubuntu LTS 1604 x86 within a virtual machine.
After an installation and an upgrade, I'm getting a 1 second splash screen and a crash every time I type emulation station and enter...

Do you have an idea to help me ? Not sure where I should give rights and if I should do so.... btw I installed as root.

@billisdead you should not install as root, but as the user you want to run under (via sudo). Permission will be wrong to run under a user now.
