I am running a RP3 B with 2.5v power, retropie 4.2. I am trying to build a theme and running into an error log for every system I have a gamelist for. Here is the error i get for 2 of the systems:
      0_1490595994609_upload-97f39a02-9314-4aa3-a59b-c0fb9d2d82a9
Am i correct that these errors are for the game list? lvl2: Is searching for the list, and lvl1: is stating it can't find it? The thing is that my gamelist is in each of the systems pages, right where I want it, with color and text modifications all reading correctly. Also, the standard themes do not produce any errors, so I know that my gamelist is ok as the other themes including carbon read it just fine. Any thoughts on why i am getting this error and how to correct it would be great. Thank you

@TMNTturtlguy if I read this right - and I'm no theme maker - your comic book XML file may be including or pointing to an empty file.

Either that or the relative path (arcade/../file) doesn't really work as an accepted path, but I'm voting for the first option.

I though that at first as well, so i rewrote my theme.xml and made sure that all paths were correct and did further testing. If i have a black path or an incorrectly named path, it will give me the same error, but instead of saying

could not find file "" it would read could not find "name.svg"

I am doing a lot of trial and error testing and I think it has to do with my video views...I am not sure with that either, because my videos show and run great, but when i remove those views i can get rid of the error. I will keep testing and post back. Any other ideas would be helpful. Thanks

I have isolated the issue, while it generates an error code, I am not sure that it is really causing any issues except populating the log. In my theme i do not use the <feature supported="video"> to include video into my theme. Instead I simply create view named <view name="md_video"> similar to any image view. What this has allowed me to do is have the video show if a video is present in the games list, and an image show if no video is available. When i put the "Feature" into the theme, I no longer get an image if a video is not present. I get a black screen, or i can point to a single file as a <default>file.mpv</default> I tested this theory on the recently updated carbon theme and replicated the exact same results. I am going to start a new thread in the themes topic to see if there are any thoughts on this, now that i don't actually have an issue that needs resolved here. Thanks
