Controller Output

My goal is to create a method that will improve motor ability in children with cerebral palsy. The plan is to modify a game’s controller that allows for a difference in the controls. When one controller is tampered with, the player will want to use the other controller, hence improving the non-dominant hand. This should be therapeutic for kids with cerebral palsy. In order to achieve this, however, I would need to inject “noise” into the controllers. I need the code outputs for the PS1 controller in order to do this. If anyone can help please let me know!
