      Hello,

I have bought a Pi3B just a couple of days ago. I have already installed RetroPie v4.2 on it, together with Kodi and installed Moonlight (Followed a guide from TechWiz Time youtube channel), and over WiFi everything is working great - I can move roms with Samba, Moonlight connects and I can launch games via Steam, but as that is not the best solution (I get bad FPS drops and the stream drops after some time), I want to try to run it via an ethernet connection.

The problem is, that once I connect the ethernet cable, running from my router, to the Raspberry, I cannot connect to the PC with Moonlight anymore. There is internet connectivity, and I can ping google.com without any packet loss, but pinging the IP of my PC has 100% packet loss, same goes to pinging the Pi from the PC.

The IP address of the Pi changes if I connect it via WiFi or LAN (the last two numbers - 69 for Wifi and 71 for cable connection), and I made sure that DHCP is enabled on the router config page. Raspberry even shows up as a connected device on the config page.
I have tried disabling the Windows Firewall, restarting the router and Pi, checked any router setting that could be interfering, but nothing helped. I have an ADB BCM6362 router, running the Retropie 4.2 (standalone, no NOOBS or anything).

What exactly might be the issue here? Any ways to troubleshoot it some more?
      Thank you.
