Source codes

Hey guys,
Been playing Retropie a lot since December when I got the pi 3. I got Quake 3 and possibly Quake one to work in VR with no head tracking yet. I hadn't tested quake one yet. If you want to see:
Anyway, anyone know of a good place that I can review the source code of the emulators that emulation station downloads to the pi 3? I want to see if I can find a 64 bit version of a few, or just rewrite a few based heavily on the 32 bit versions to be 64 bit. I'm working on cross compiling some of the Debian libraries for aarch64, and would like to be able to have something that I can test with it. I am doing this for fun, so I'm not here to debate about how much worst it will be. Its cool with me if its worst, that's just more I get to play with it to try to make it better. But if any of you know where some emulator source code is (preferably N64) that would be great.

@NastyButtler322 if you go through the Retropie-Setup GitHub repository and search the individual installation script modules you'll find the references of all source code repositories for each of those emulators.
Best of luck.
