Hey guys. First off, I don't know if this is a Retropie issue, or just an issue with emulators in general, but here goes. I'm running Retropie 4.2 on a Pi3-B, stock speed. I first noticed when playing Street Fighter 3 in the Final Burn core some slight blurriness on the character sprites when they move across the screen. When there is a mostly static image, no blurriness. All settings are stock, no bilinear filtering. I'm using a custom viewport size of 768x448 with integer scaling to avoid scaling artifacts. My TV is a Panasonic 720p Plasma. I should mention I did compare it to the CPS-3 hardware on the same TV - no blurriness. Any ideas? Thanks guys.
