Help Getting Dreamcast to work

Hi guys. So I'm having a lot of trouble and I don't know why. I downloaded the Dreamcast bios and put the files in my BIOS folder. I then put a game, specifically Shenmue, in the Dreamcast ROMS folder and it shows, but just stops when I try to run it. I should also mention that I have a Raspberry Pi 3 model B, and am running the latest (4.2) version of Retropie.

@FlashyThing maybe the bios is wrong or named incorrectly or the cd image is bad. Need more information.

@BuZz I did check that. I also checked Google for days and I can't seem to get this thing to work.

@FlashyThing You can't have done, since you have not provided much of the requested information. I have no idea about filenames, or anything you are referring to. What Bios ? What game ?
