RetroPie: PSX games not responding with the PS3 controller in Bluetooth?

So I basically put the SD card out and in (because sometimes the case can move up and make the slot unusable, so I was just checking if I could slot it in and out) and I could, but the problem now is that thanks to doing that, my PSX games are unusable with my PS3 controller via the Bluetooth. Every other game console works fine, it's just PSX. I do not have a clue what is wrong and what caused this, but this is weird. I'll try to re-install the ps3controller driver on RetroPie setup, and I'll try to plug it in via MicroUSB.
