Anyone tried this yet? I know some people tried on the 2B but that's about it.

RE: Portable arcade project for my younger brother.
Super nice :o personally I'd add a door hinge on the controller+power door just so it doesn't fall off but it's slick af OuO
RE: My latest: Wii U gamepad work in progress
@Redstoner Actually, as you can see above, I linked a video. Very very few did.
They used the Pi Zero and another I believe a PiB. One used a breakout boards and a Teensy 2.0 and the process was really long but t really pays off.
mkxp and openrgss are open source RPG Maker XP/VX/Ace interpreters similarly like that of easyrpg-player with RPG Maker 2k/2k3
mkxp is pure C++ if I'm not mistaken, and is actually used to port games to Linux and Mac (To the Moon, for example)
OpenRGSS is written in ruby. and installed as a gem. dunno how to use it tho </3
RE: Comunity Case Idea Trade - A Help & Suggest Topic for Cases (Moved)
So, I believe I'll be getting an audio alternative and a 4.3" screen this next week so I'll start building from there. Not a full console, more like an extended Pi Case while I get the other pieces (Controllers, wires, jump boxes, everything else)
the audio alternative is super simple.
Considering most projects output audio into speakers and no option for a 3.5m jack, I was concerned, specially when I would probably power it with only 3 volts (exclusively using GPIO with jumper cables, and Composite to output) so I decided I'd go (for starters) with Headphones. Sure! I'd still need to convert composite to a reliable that. So I found this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/152032363921 It's a cable that can be found cheaper, I just didnt find one that could ship to me </3 so I hope it works marvelously cause I could use this to transfer to an amp normally.
So this pre-alpha build includes the following:
- Carton for prototyping
- 4.3" Composite LCD (hopefully works with 5 volts)
- 10mAh battery (previously owned by me)
- Normal USB Controller
- 3.5mm for Audio
Of course, I'll be building on top of this, but I can't wait to show you guys for any possible inspiration for any ideas
