Can you still buy the ControlBlock? (And a couple usage questions.)

I'm very interested about the ControlBlock, as it appears to address every aspect of my SNES case build. Is it still possible to get them? I know the store page is still open on the old blog, but since there doesn't appear to be a store connected to the new site I'm worried they aren't actually for sale anymore.
IF they are for sale still, I have a couple questions. I read the archived article about using the ControlBlock, and one line stuck out to me. "You can also connect a latching reset button to Player-2, Input B. If the button is pressed a virtual ESC-key press will be triggered." This line was under the SNES controller section, and if this is possible it would GREATLY reduce my need to research setting up a reset button for RetroPie. What would be a good switch to use for placing under the SNES reset button, and how would it get wired? I know the positive would need to go to the mentioned Input B, but would I place the ground with another ground? A diagram would be great. Finally, how would I configure that in the command line itself to make it work?
I'm am very new to all of this, but am absolutely thrilled to be learning. Thank you for any help! ^_^

Yes, the ControlBlock is available for sale.
The functionality for attaching a Reset-button was recently added. You just have to connect a momentary button - one pin to Player-2-Input-B and the other pin to GND. You then have to configure the ControlBlock driver with gamepadtype "snes", see also the documentation at Github.Hope that helps!

Man...really discouraged to hear this ships from Germany as I am wildly impatient. How long does a shipment take to get to Utah (postal code 84043 in the United States)? Is it available from a local distributor maybe?

From others I know that shipping from Germany to the US usually takes around two weeks. Customs can add some additional delay on that. So far, we do not have any retailer in the US, sorry.
