I am using the controlblock with.RPi3. Everything is installed and wired correctly, but when I scroll through emulationstation, it just keeps scrolling rapidly. Any ideas?

@attorneyinsc To what is rhe ControlBlock wired to? "arcade", "mame", "snes", etc? What controller do you use? Post your controlblockservice.cfg file.
