I finally attached my ControlBlock to the Pi, but because I haven't yet got a cable connector for the GPIO pins for the power switch, I tried to disable the powerswitch in /etc/controlblockconfig.cfg alt textalt text

I thought I'd done it correctly (see photos) but the ControlBlock seems to be running a script to shut the Pi down as soon as it boots up (see in photos)![alt text](image url)

Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong?

I don't know if it's relevant, but I followed the ControlBlock install instructions before I attached the controlBlock card to the Pi.

@thedon ah perhaps I need to use # to comment out powerswitch "activated"= true with a hash, rather than the double forward slash I presumed from the default version of the file.

Also, you might want to try and remove the empty line.

          Does this solve the problem?
