The control block is always been hooked up with a toggle switch. Today I didn't push the button far enough, so it acted as a momentary switch. Since then, it only works as a momentary switch...
When I power it on with the toggle button, the pi shuts down in 2-3 seconds.

The functionality to detect a momentary-/toggle-button, how does this works? Is it saved in a memory? Is there a way to set it back to it's previous functionality?
