Will GZDoom Ever Come To Retropie????

@brigane i have an issue with trailblazer. When i pick up ammo it doesnt reload my gun. I ran out of ammo right away and had to use my knife. Plus the secrets that were supposed to be revealed didnt open up. Do you have the same issues?

@edmaul69 thanks bro any issues with this version also he said he got guncaster,russian overkill working too but those dont work either i think he using older version then?

@brigane Nice what about the other mods you got working like russian overkill, guncaster etc.. what version are those? The newest one dont work for me

@edmaul69 also how do I know which mods work and which one doesn't? Without trying it because trailblazer doesn't work but the older one does how did u find that out?

@retrofreak89 trial and error. I have no clue. I just knew there was a version 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4 of trailblazer because the thread that was the only place to download the thing started out on 1.2 before he updated the first post with a 1.4 version only. Have you tried this game? It doesnt refill my ammo when i tried playing.

Theres Guncaster, Russian Overkill,High noon drifter but all those wont work in this zdoom???Man i Just want some cool guns other then stock lol

@retrofreak89 i just realized in trailblazer it doesnt give you ammo in the first level. It gives you something else. If you want doom 4 weapons get a mod called zion. I havent tried it out yet though
Edit: it might be maps too. it is a big file so i am not sure yet as i am still downloading

@brigane yeah not sure why no ammo. Im not sure what it is you get. Zion looks really cool. Its like 500gb though. It has doom 4 music and stuff too. I havent been home to try it out yet.

@brigane @RetroFreak89 IF YOU GUYS WANT THE COOLEST DOOM 2 MOD, GET ZION HD V8 ALPHA. This is sweeeeeet!!! It is like 700mb though. Weapons, music, hud and more.

@retrofreak89 the guys on level one drop something other than ammo when i played doom 2. That was why i thought ammo was an issue.

@edmaul69 i just tried Zion its pretty fun i then tested another one and i fell in love!!
I think i found my favorite weapon mod so far
I highly recommend for you to check it out Its called '[17-03-17] ZERO TOLERANCE UPGRADE'
Just Google that and youll find it make sure you download the 17+03-17 upgrade version because the older version doesnt seem to work but this one does Its also the newest So :) Its really good think i might start a playthrough with it know any good level wads for mods? I heard maps of chaos is a Good one.Going to try Colorful hell with legendoom and droplets lol i wanna see if that Will work
Edit: OK I'm facing another problem lol ed u might now why?? Anyway colourfulhell mod soposed to work together with legendoom mod but they both don't load in..
They work separate tho but at YouTube u see people having this combo so it should work why not for me?? -
@retrofreak89 i will try these mods out. As far as those two not working together, swap them in the emulators.cfg. One might need to load before the other.

And thats the new Zero Tolerance and also the new Combined Arms those are fun..But colourfull hell should work with legendoom but theyre not loading together at same time they do work seperate but Its soposed to work together even in the zdoom site it says popular mods to use Colorful hell with and it shows legendoom but for me it doesnt...
i Will try and switch the load order So ill load in legendoom first then Colorful?
I like the challenge of colourfullhell !
Especially with weapon mods ...Man i just wish we had gzdoom and open gl it be So much nicer and more support for more mods

@retrofreak89 plays fine. you need to use the bd64mapsV2.pk3 with a capitol V not bd64mapsv2.pk3
