ES themes ready for favorite, all games, recently played and custom-collections

The eudora, eudora-bigshot, and eudora-concise themes now have support for recent, all, favs, and custom collections.

All credit to @ChoccyHobNob for these updates to eudora! All I did here was migrate his work to the variants.
