@sam85461 You don't need to do that anymore, the theme is now available from the RetroPie script themes section, so you can install it like any other theme.

@sam85461 I had the same issue with portable game station. Just go HERE and download the file "EmulationStation-Win32.zip". Unzip the contents over top of your existing ES files.

In a nutshell, your windows port of ES is too old to support the <origin> tag in the theme.xml files of this theme as well as many others. Since a lot of newer themes use this tag, you should really update ES no matter what.

I am finishing my arcade manager app, and I'm currently thinking about doing "game series" for your theme.
I am thinking about how to best represent the various "evolution stages" of the series. I was thinking about something like a theater stage, with red curtains on the left and right, black background behind, and several characters, or maybe the same one in several versions, highlighted by a spotlight above.
What do you think ? :)

Thank you for this theme! so simple, super clean and I've had loads of fun modding it :D

I've also included custom collections for hacked rom's and arcade games with realistic overlays.

Great job Wildfire, any chance to share your mod? I'm working too with Chicuelo theme, is great, but cannot set horizontal systems.
