This not be the type of thing you were thinking of, but how about the classic Scott Adams text adventure games from the early 80s. I played them on a Vic 20 when I was about 12. They were available on a wide range of systems.

Nice, i like the Idea for Text Adventures, but my Games are also Playable with multi-language support or without any language. For german and other non-english User are the Games playable. The Adams text adventure are only in english and hard to play for kids and Users with bad English Skills for an text Adventure.
