New sega CD console varient?

Would like to discuss this new console variant I might of found.
I just found a sega CD console locally with the sewer shark on the box. It also has a sticker slapped on it which has a picture of sonic and it says, “150 bonus offer” games that were included in the bonus offer were; sonic CD, Ecco the dolphin, and arcade classics collection. All games game with the box. Any idea on rarity and value. I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I only found the Genesis CD-X that includes the same games besides the sticker slapped onto the box. I would include a picture but file size is to large.

@nintendoGUY Sure, but this is a RetroPie specific forum - about games that your play with RetroPie or other games, but it's not a general retro gaming forum. RetroPie is concerned with emulating those systems, not playing them on original hardware, hence my reply - you'd have better luck on a retro-gaming forum.
