    Hi,

i´ve got a question. I´m a travelling salesman and i often have to stay in hotels.
From time to time i take my retrpie equipment with me, to do a bit of gaming in the hotel.
    But that´s a bit "uncomfortable".

Now i thought about "remote gaming". Of course i know i can access my Pi remotely via SSH
(I configured my router to make that possible) and TightVNC.
But.... is it possible to get the complete funktionality from the Retropie/Emulationstation by accessing it remotely?
My dream is, to access my retropie via internet and play games (master system / dosbox) and use my laptop (mouse & keyboard) to control it....

Has anyone any idea if it is possible?

    greetings

I would think the lag would be unbearable, especially over hotel wifi :) You have tons of options for emulation on your laptop though...

You can always use your phone too. Samsung makes docking stations for their phones. I've used mine quite a bit while traveling. It provides HDMI output and a USB hub so you can plug in controllers.
