Trying to make a CRT Theme (simple)

Hiya I only just joined as I would like to make a theme for retropie and would like to share the layout with you fellows to see if it's even possible.
I'll post the layouts here.
The aim of them is to be more game-centered rather than platform centered.
On the column one you'd have the platform logos on the far left, game titles in the center and snaps/ info on the right...
The horizontal one you would have the "wheel at the top" but it would load the games as soon as you change and populate the screenshots below.
Is any of this doable in Retropie?
