Trying theme creation for the first time, and currently the motif I had in mind is of Team Fortress 2.
I used @lordnicholas' Retrowave theme as a template/basis here, which in turn is also built on top of the sample files from Matt Kennedy's tutorial.
Currently working on the Detail View. Here are the finished screens (uses 1280x1024):

      Main Menu
      Non-Retropie Settings
      Retropie Settings

      Basic View
      Gamelist - Basic View

Detail View - currently working on it.

      Features to be added:

      • 4:3 support for below 1280x1024 (since I have no spare monitor)
      • 16:9 support
      • Multilingual, if ES allows it

Would like some feedback regarding the theme :)

@clydedatastruct I absolutely LOVE this theme. It brings back so many memories of playing TF2 near daily! You know, before kids, work, and life took over :)

So much of the Retro/Emulator community is rooted in nostalgia, having the freedom to design and implement the features and tweaks that YOU want to make it your own. This is a great example of that.

        AWESOME. just AWESOME.

I can't wait for 16x9 support as I love for my themes to fill my old 32 inch TV, even if the games then play in a 4:3 letterbox.

          @Jabulator Thanks for the feedback!
Also working on some runcommand loading screens to go with the theme. Current progress for one of them (not final):

I'm back after months of hiatus due to fixing RL issues.
I was able to add some runcommand screens to the Github repository of the theme, currently only 2 for platform-specific ones and some few game-specific ones. Here is one of them:

Hey there, it's been a while.
Made some final changes to the Basic View and some console images added to the main menu. Link to Github still in the first post.
