Libretro NintendulatorNRS

I would like to ask if in the future it will be possible to implement a nes emulator called "NintendulatorNRS" is a Famicom/NES (and its derivate such as the VRT chipsets) emulator for Windows*. It is a fork of Nintendulator (by Quietust) maintained by NewRisingSun which offers an extremly wide compatibility.
Source code is also so it probably won't be a problem to porting.

I think you're asking in the wrong forum - the RetroPie project doesn't port new emulators (to libretro or otherwise), it merely packages and configures them.
