Some good ones are The Punisher, Alien vs Preditor, both dungeon and dragon games. Cadillacs and dinosaurs. Of coarse you can't forget the classics like both TMNT games, the simpsons and x-men the arcade game.
That's all arcade. On console there is many more

@najkks Another good one is Armored Warriors. Nothing beats roving around as a giant robot, beating up other giant robots and then stealing their body parts for your own use.

"Oh, I have a giant claw, but you have a laser sword?"

              [beat][beat][beat][drop sword][pickup sword]

"Now I have a laser sword!"

              [swing][swing][slice][slice]

"Ooh, that one has tracks for legs. I like tracks..."

I realise you've solved this one, but this place is also good at finding long lost game memories: https://www.reddit.com/r/tipofmyjoystick/

                      OMG, How could i forget,
                      NINJA BASEBALL BATMAN.
And if you think the game is some weird baseball game that has Batman................. you'd be wrong.

Oh and it runs fine with some very minor slowdown on a Pi :D

'Beat'em ups' and sometimes called 'Brawlers' or 'Brawl'.

When reading your main post, I was thinking of a game called 'Crime Fighters'. I use to play it at our local Wal-Mart when they use to have coin-ops in the breeze way. I think you can get brass knuckles in that game but I can't remember. I'll have to check it out sometime. Been a while since I played it.
