lr-dice is now part of RetroPie-Extra until it is merged into the main RetroPie

@ExarKunIv What is the earliest version of Retropie that can use this emulator? example: 4.71, 4.8, etc....

@duglor i dont know. i dont try it on older versions. you will have to go and manual copy the file over if you are using anything older then 4.8.9.

i did that since im using new helper commands that PR uses that are not there in the older versions and im not making different files for older RP versions. thats too much and can make things too messy
