Got all the way down to starting the service
Step 17. Install the service so that the driver is loaded on boot: sudo make installservice
but then the strangest thing the RasPi3 restarts then shuts down

      Hey all
i managed to come right and thought i would share my findings

in this situation the device needs a n on off toggle switch
i used an on off switch on the power block pins and was able to boot and turn the device off.
the installation and instructions on the site work perfectly.

      thanks again
