change the default hotkey for reset

One of the first things I do after a fresh install is to change the default hotkey for reset on RetroArch.
The Select+B causes many accidental resets. I like to change it to Select+down.
I know, I know... It's very easy to change. But let's see if anybody else agree that it would be changed by default.

@meleu It makes sense, for example in the dick tracy (nes) b + select allows Tracy to use the first aid kit. I had to change the default settings to be able to play.
