@Devil78 Good point about the name, didn't think that far ;-) Any idea when you would have the image up on the site, visited it just a minute ago, maybe I'm to excited to try. Don't rush, but don't wait to long either, so we can test it en give feedback so you can improve where needed.
Got different hardware ready to stress test it, but most off all to try out all kind of games on all of kind of platforms, yeah!

@Devil78 Thank you for this. I am trying to test from a virtual machine but when it gets to the sign in it request a password. I can only sign in as guest. Also I cannot seem to be able to change the language to English. Can't do anything in terminal as it also requires an unknown password. How would you install roms? Am I missing something?

@HoolyHoo The language can be modified by System Settings. Italian and English are present in the OS

@Devil78 lol that seemed too obvious. Funny thing is I swear I tried that password. One more thing, is there a guide on how to install this on a partition?

Create pixelos user and set the password
Before reboot the system copy all Files in the pixelos user of the Live cd.
Be sure to copy hidden files.
Reboot the system

thanks, the installer from the live cd does not seem to want to work. I get an error. I guess I'll wait for the more detailed guide.

UPDATE - use a usb 2.0 drive and Rufus to install set install mode to dd
Tried the image on 5 pc's i also used etcher and Rufus to install. to usb .
not booting past the pixelOS splash screen ,error -
(initramfs) unable to find a medium containing a live file system -
You should throw up a torrent. I'd seed it. This download is painful :)
