Add a New menu for ROM Hacks

I am not sure whether this is a good idea or if this would even work but does anyone else think that adding a new menu item for ROM hacks would be a good idea? So you would be able to play them while separating them from the rest of ROMs. The ROMs would still run on there given system but just for cosmetic purposes would be separated.

I just rename mine and have two entries in the gamelist. Simple and easy.
