      Instead of starting up the game and load a previously saved state, I would like to have an option to see saved games in a separate folder in the current console, or maybe even better, a separate saved state "console" that you can dive into to load all your saved games to continue gaming without having to start the game first.

      Ideas?

        Perhaps something like a custom runcommand that would pass the name of the save state to the emulator. But I don't know if the emulators have that kind of commandline functionality. Seems like a lot of effort when there's already an option to load a save state on startup in retroarch.
