Need help installing a fan and power switch to the RP3.

I'm new to the site and I plan on making a console out of a broken Retron 1. I would like to use the power and reset buttons already on the console, I would also like to install a fan on the inside for overclocking. I can find instructions online for installing one or the other, but not for both. Can anyone give me a hand with this? Any help would be much appreciated.
