I am using the Eudora theme. Previously, the theme showed all the meta-data to a game in a panel on the right-hand side. Data such as the game's release date, developer, times played, etc...

However, since running the "update all packages" script in RetroPie Setup, this meta-data has disappeared. I have tested this on two RetroPies, as well as a fresh RetroPie I setup today.

Can anyone else confirm this issue? Anyone have any solutions to fix this?

Hello, I have the same problem but with its own theme. But the MINI-NES theme is also.

          Here is the solution:

this was fixed a few days ago by @jdrassa , it was bug in ES due to the new z-index support, (everything is still there it just has the wrong zindex so is hidden underneath the background).
If you install the latest version of ES from source (you can do it from within retropie) then the problem should be fixed.

Make sure you are doing a update from source instead of a update from binary.

This was an issue that was patched.
