[RELEASE] Black and White Theme "Blackout" Made By Myself. FOR BASIC SETTING ONLY

I have made a retropie theme been working on it for a couple days now, the theme is black and white with a "Led sign" looking font, pretty cool. Unfortunately this is Made for Basic Settings. This means you will not be able to use in video mode or with details (Meaning Scraped Pictures and Descriptions). That being said I made this for myself to have a "Basic" looking theme.

The theme comes with 10 color configurations to use. Default it is the Blackout Theme look but you can change the coding (Listed how) in the Blackout Settings.xml in the root folder of the theme.

Oh and to put this theme on the raspberry along with others use a ssh

You can optimize code. Because your system-black and system-white seems to be same picture. Edit the theme.xml and remove entries .... if both pictures got same colour - it seems so :)

@hex Unfortunly no, as is I'm going to be making some detailed themes in the future but however I might come back to this later..
