Retropie roms companion?

i realized i'm in need of some sort of companion for my retropie. one that lets me manage my collections to maximize the sd capacity.(some roms are really huge, like psx)
is there some software to do that? to erase , upload, etc. roms and arts?

If you want it to load on the fly, then it won't work at all due to emulationstation...
Better idea would be to use a USB and change it before turning on the Pi
