@Ekstreme just commented on the youtube video in that page, maybe this is the only way to fight back against this - raise awareness.

"For more info on the software loaded on this device, you should head over to the Retropie site where you can download it for free, https://retropie.org.uk/ also note that there are dubious legalities with purchasing hardware that has this software pre-loaded (With roms), as this totally ignores IP Laws and the terms of Retropie ;)"
